If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
SwimDNA provides swimming performance analytics, athlete development insights, comparison tools, forecasting models, and related services.
SwimDNA is an informational and analytical platform only.
SwimDNA does not provide coaching, medical advice, professional sporting advice, or guarantees of future performance.
3. User Accounts

Users must not:
- Share accounts

4. Subscription Services
Certain features require a paid SwimDNA Premium subscription. Prices are stated in Australian dollars (AUD) and, where applicable, include GST.
- Premium is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription, billed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial, and the subscription converts to a paid plan when the trial ends unless you cancel before then — cancel within the trial and you pay nothing.
- You can cancel any time from billing settings. Access continues to the end of the period you've paid for; no further charges are made after cancellation.
- Subscription pricing and included features may change from time to time. Price changes will be notified in advance and never applied silently to an existing subscription period.
5. Performance Analytics Disclaimer
