SwimDNA is a swimming performance analytics platform that helps swimmers, parents, coaches, and clubs understand athlete development through performance analysis, progression tracking, and predictive insights.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to users of the SwimDNA platform.

Many swimmers represented within SwimDNA are under 18 years of age.

• School information
• Medical information
• Government identification information

Parents or guardians who have concerns regarding information displayed on SwimDNA may contact us for review.

8. Access, Corrections and Removal Requests

We will review requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Delete your SwimDNA account

You can delete your SwimDNA account at any time, whether you use SwimDNA on the web, on iPhone or on Android:

1. Sign in at swimdna.com.au.
2. Go to Settings, then Security.
3. Choose Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and select Permanently delete account.

Or email support@swimdna.com.au from the email address on your account and we will delete it for you.

Deleting your account permanently removes your account and profile, your swimmers, their imported race history, race notes, goals and notification registrations. Official competition results remain on Swimming Australia's Results Central, a public record we do not control, and billing records are kept by our payment processor as tax law requires.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on the SwimDNA website.
