The rules

How this meet qualifies swimmers

When: Around February
Who can enter: Age groups 10 to 16, 17 & 18, and Open
Events: 50m Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly only
Qualifying window: Times achieved on or after 1 January 2025
Course: Swimming Queensland publishes a long-course and a short-course standard; a swim on either course qualifies
