2026 Long Course Preparation Meet #1. The first of two long-course preparation meets before the Queensland Championships, and a chance to swim a Championships qualifying time. Its own cuts are easier than the Championships'.
How this meet qualifies swimmers

- Minimum age 12. Age is taken as at the first day of the Queensland Championships (12 December)

- Swimming Queensland publishes a long-course and a short-course standard; a swim on either course qualifies
